High Holy Days 5783: Kol Nidre Choir with Sally
August 28 @ 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm PDT
Join the Yom Kippur community choir for Nefesh Kin. Three years ago we started what has become a Nefesh tradition: A Kol Nidre choir. Sally will be guiding you through learning the language, melody and harmony of this beautiful prayer and the Avinu Malkeinu so that we can sing them all together on Erev Yom Kippur (Oct 4, 2022).
Location: In person at St. Be’s Parish Hall (2109 Chickasaw Ave). There are stairs leading up to the 2nd floor Parrish Hall where rehearsals will take place, indoors with windows open and fans blowing. Masks encouraged.
Four Sundays from 1:00 – 2:30 PM Pacific: August 28, September 11, September 18, October 2
Attendance at all four rehearsals is strongly recommended. If you won’t be able to attend one of the dates above, please email Ellen Kennedy (firstname.lastname@example.org).
No previous experience required!
Price: Free for Nefesh Kin
